How do I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders to see the current status of all your orders.
How do I return an item?
Open the order in My Account → Orders, then click Request Return. See Returns and Refunds for eligibility details.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the steps in your email. See My Account for a full walkthrough.
My payment failed. What now?
Try again with a different card or ensure your Paystack account is active. Contact the store’s support if the issue persists.
