Staff Quick Reference

This guide is for Managers β€” the staff members invited by a store Owner to help run the day-to-day operations. Use it to get up to speed quickly and find answers to common operational questions.


What Managers Can and Cannot Do

You CAN do

  • View, process, and update all orders
  • Create, edit, publish, and unpublish products
  • Update product stock and set low stock alerts
  • Manage product categories and collections
  • View customer profiles and order history
  • Generate and download PDF receipts
  • Moderate product reviews

You CANNOT do

  • Change store settings (name, logo, currency, timezone)
  • Configure payment settings (Paystack keys)
  • Invite or remove staff members
  • View staff management section
  • Access store-level financial configuration
  • Delete the store
