Staff Quick Reference
This guide is for Managers β the staff members invited by a store Owner to help run the day-to-day operations. Use it to get up to speed quickly and find answers to common operational questions.
What Managers Can and Cannot Do
You CAN do
- View, process, and update all orders
- Create, edit, publish, and unpublish products
- Update product stock and set low stock alerts
- Manage product categories and collections
- View customer profiles and order history
- Generate and download PDF receipts
- Moderate product reviews
You CANNOT do
- Change store settings (name, logo, currency, timezone)
- Configure payment settings (Paystack keys)
- Invite or remove staff members
- View staff management section
- Access store-level financial configuration
- Delete the store
