My Account
Your AEX Ecommerce account lets you track orders, save delivery addresses, manage returns, and keep your wishlist. This guide covers everything you need to know about your account.
1. Creating an Account

Click Sign Up or Create Account on the storefront

Fill in the registration form:

Click Create Account

Check your email for a verification code (OTP)
Password Requirements
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include:
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one number (0–9)
[!TIP] Use a password manager to generate and store a strong password. Avoid using the same password you use on other sites.
2. Email Verification
After registering, you’ll receive an email with a 6-digit verification code (OTP). You need to enter this code to activate your account.
- Open the verification email from AEX Ecommerce
- Copy the 6-digit code
- Enter it on the verification screen
- Click Verify
Didn’t receive the code?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait up to 2 minutes — delivery can be slightly delayed
- Click Resend Code on the verification screen to request a new one
[!WARNING] Verification codes expire after 10 minutes. If your code has expired, click Resend Code to get a fresh one.
3. Logging In
- Click Log In on the storefront
- Enter your email address and password
- Click Sign In
If you entered the wrong password, you’ll see an error message. After several failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait a few minutes and try again.
4. Forgot Your Password
If you can’t remember your password:
- Click Forgot Password on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Click Send Reset Link
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link in the email
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Reset Password
You can now log in with your new password.
[!WARNING] Password reset links expire after 1 hour. If the link has expired, repeat the process from step 1.
5. Changing Your Password
If you are already logged in and want to change your password:
- Click your name or profile icon in the top right
- Go to Account Settings → Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password and confirm it
- Click Update Password
6. Updating Your Profile
To update your name or phone number:
- Click your name or profile icon in the top right
- Go to Account Settings → Profile
- Edit your First Name, Last Name, or Phone Number
- Click Save Changes
[!NOTE] Your email address cannot be changed after registration. If you need to use a different email, you will need to create a new account.
7. Managing Delivery Addresses
You can save multiple delivery addresses to your account so checkout is faster.
Adding an Address
- Go to Account Settings → Addresses
- Click Add New Address
- Fill in the address form (street, city, state, country, postal code)
- Optionally mark it as your default address
- Click Save
Editing an Address
- Go to Account Settings → Addresses
- Click Edit next to the address you want to change
- Update the fields
- Click Save
Setting a Default Address
- Go to Account Settings → Addresses
- Click the three-dot menu next to an address
- Select Set as Default
The default address is pre-selected automatically at checkout.
Deleting an Address
- Go to Account Settings → Addresses
- Click Delete next to the address you want to remove
- Confirm the deletion
[!WARNING] Deleting an address cannot be undone. If the address is associated with any existing orders, the orders are not affected — only future use of the address is removed.
8. Deleting Your Account
To permanently delete your account:
- Go to Account Settings → Security
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section
- Click Delete My Account
- Enter your password to confirm
- Click Yes, Delete My Account
[!WARNING] Deleting your account is permanent. Your profile, saved addresses, and wishlist will be removed. Your order history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. This action cannot be undone.
